2. Using advanced AI software, we analyse movement patterns from video. The in-depth video analysis allows us to generate a training program tailored to you. You will be trained using the technology elite athletes train with, to ensure everything is targeted towards your improvement.
3. We use heart rate monitors to ensure you are training in the optimal zone for each training program phase. This monitoring allows us to adapt the training based on the results for maximum benefit.
4. Every session is recorded, and every detail is noted and analysed for areas of improvement. By using periodisation, we can assess your progress in terms of quality of movement, reps or weights.
