  • “Food Hacks”, essentially, you can still have your dessert while preventing huge glucose spikes and crashes

 

We do all of this with the end goal being longevity, but at the same time, we understand that the journey is not linear and that dips will occur.

How we build your training program

1.  We use CGM (Constant glucose Monitoring) to assess how your body responds to different foods and better understand your body at a cellular level. The results give us a good indication of your metabolic flexibility.

2.  Using advanced AI software, we analyse movement patterns from video. The in-depth video analysis allows us to generate a training program tailored to you. You will be trained using the technology elite athletes train with, to ensure everything is targeted towards your improvement.

3.  We use heart rate monitors to ensure you are training in the optimal zone for each training program phase. This monitoring allows us to adapt the training based on the results for maximum benefit.

4.  Every session is recorded, and every detail is noted and analysed for areas of improvement. By using periodisation, we can assess your progress in terms of quality of movement, reps or weights.

5.  We only take on clients suited to our training methodology and are committed to changing their lives. You will need to complete a short questionnaire and an online consultation to ensure we fit correctly.
